BSN is a behavioral health network and does not directly handle or disclose PHI. We are required by law to provide this notice as our network of mental health practitioners and facilities do. Protecting the privacy and the confidentiality of patient personal information is important to physicians, other mental health practitioners, facilities, hospitals, and BSN.
